DISTRIBUTION BOARDS, CONTROL PANELS AND CABINETS
Our engineering department undertakes design, engineering, analysis and interpretation of customer's needs and specifications. As we have ISO 9001 we adhere to our customers' quality standards.
We manufacture to our customers specifications, drawings or discription in various quantities. Samples are made.
WIRING HARNESS, CONNECTING CABLES, WIRES AND LOOMS
We have high standard power presses, cutting machines and experienced operators, so we can produce any quantity of wiring harness, connecting cables, wires and looms.
We manufacture harnesses ranging from single wire assemblies right through to assemblies exceeding 100's wires.

These harnesses are encapsulated in a variety of different finishes ranging from tape, cloth tape, pvc tube, convolute tube through to high wear resistance plastic braid depending on the customer's specification.

CUTTING, STRIPPING AND TAGGING OF WIRES
We also cut, strip and tag wires for customers who want to produce their own assemblies and connecting wires.
With a good number of manual and automatic cutting, stripping and tagging machines like Schleuniger EcoStrip 9300, Filomat, ATM-2EN with various applicators etc,we can cut various sizes and lengths on quantities ranging from tens to millions in a stipulated period of time. PAT TESTING
With a SEAWARD PAC500, Standard ST 5505 Insulation tester, we undertake Portable Appliance Testing. Please, do contact us when you have need of testing and certification.
