Wire and Cable Preparation

G&P Technology Co Ltd's product, process & production meet Customer's requirements. We work with sleeving & Multicore cable, cut and prepared to alter any length and tolerance.

All of our wire preparation is done in house by our very experienced staff to the required ISO9001 :2015 Standard. We work on machines such as Schleuniger computer-controlled cut & strip machines, Amp, J.S.T. Molex terminal presses.

Wire Harness

With the definition of "cable harness" may include such as 3 components such as wire, terminal and a socket however we do a lot more complex cables with more wires, terminals and sockets. Cable Harnesses are typically designed to simplify the manufacturing of large electronic components, control box, stairlift, train, car etc, with simple push in connections.

Simplify your entire process with integrated cable harness assemblies.
Integrate other electronic components like PCB's, resistors, motors and other materials to build the total project.
Harness boards built in house.
Use any type of cable or combination of the same including any type of installation and Multicore, coaxial or even ribbon cable.
Include sleeving both shrink and non shrink, lacing cable ties, spiral wrap or any number of devices to secure the harness.
Label/identify specific harness identification.
Test stations for each product.

Cable Assemblies

Cable assemblies are typically built with multicore cable with relevant connectors. A few of the benefits of this is to simplify the design, providing additional protection to the conductors. Large range of other components are often integrated into the assembly design, PCBs to conduct and passive materials.

Round, multi-conductor cable, flat ribbon cable, coaxial cable, semi-rigid coaxial cable, flat flexible cable.
Jacket slipping and preparation, tinning, soldering, heat shrinking and a lot of others of operations are carried out.
Fit other electronic components, PCB, resistors, motors and any other type of component.
Use any type of cable or combination of the same including any type of installation and Multicore, coaxial or even ribbon cable.

Ribbon Cables

Ribbon cables are various sizes and composites, just a small list of what we follow below:

Ribbon - wide spacing to high - density- 2w 100 conductors
IDC, MOR, or a selection of other connector options and custom configuration.
Integrate with other electronic components or materials
Cables are 100% continuity tested
The ribbon cables are all assembled in house with very experienced operators who follow the ISO9001 :2015 code of practice.

Box Builds/Electro-mechanical Assemblies

Box Builds are just an extension of cable preparation. Existing customers sometimes have mechanical /electrical boxes, test stations, robots and many other components to build, finger print sensor, medical equipment etc.

Our company has expertise to build finished products for customers and we would help develop things to the best of our ability.

All of this is built in house with experienced operators, on site testing is carried out promptly and efficiently throughout production and all units and manufacturing is following 1509001 :2015 Standard.

Pat Testing

The testing we provide at G&P Technology includes Class 1 appliance testing as well as visual inspection. Class 1 involves two tests being undertaken on the appliance, these being an earth bond test and an insulation test. Visual inspections can be required when the customer wants to check that the equipment is in good working order. These will normally be done alongside a Class 1 test but that is up to the customer.

G&P Technology Co Ltd have a lathe and milling machine in house. We can do one off products or millions of parts for customers. We are always here to evaluate when machine work is required.
